This is a nice, funny program for Ukrainian learners, another one in Lingvistica's educational series (the others are Dad’s Lessons and Ukrainian Phrasebook). Kozak is a "talking head". He will let you learn basic Ukrainian phrases and sentences often used by English-speaking people living outside Ukraine. Those sentences are grouped in 5 topic groups: Greetings, Addressing and Meeting People, Residence, Family History, Visiting Places. Click the red square near the sentence and hear it pronounced by the Kozak! While he pronounces, the sentence will appear below, and the word being pronounced will be highlighted. For a better view, you can move and rotate the Kozak with your mouse.
