Yevshan Return Policy

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return:

Any book in its original condition.
Any unopened compact disc, cassette, video or software.
Any other item which you specify to customer service.
Please call our customer service at 800-265-9858 for a "Return Authorization Number" or email contact@yevshan.com.
Have your customer id# and invoice number handy for reference.

Defective items will be exchanged only for the same item.

We do not accept any returns or give credit to items returned without authorization.
Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We will issue a refund for the price of the item that you are returning that meets these conditions.

We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of an error.
